Trying to Trim that Wasteline?... Weightloss is 80% Diet and 20% Exercise. That means you can spend all day in the gym, but if your not eating right your not going to see the results you want! The meals in this package concentrate on nutritional value and portion control. The goal here is to make sure your consuming adequate amounts of proteins to build some lean muscle.

This is a 4 week (28 Day) Package.

Meals are prepared 1 week at a time, for 4 consecutive weeks, to help achieve the best results.

Meals are designed to be eaten as lunches and dinners. SMALL meals will contain about 4oz portions of protein after cooked. MEDIUM meals will contain about 6oz portions of protein after cooked. If you need an exact weight just let us know. Most dishes will include an array of clean & lean proteins, moderate to low portions of carbs and plentiful vegetables. Packages may include some wraps & salads. All 4 weeks may contain different meals/ combinations.

The meals we select will be general suggestions of what kind of foods will likely support your desired goals, health & well being. We will try to accommodate any specific preferences / likes / dislikes etc. You can include this is the special instructions section. Fill out and submit an optional Meal Prep Package Form to provide us with some basic information about you and the contents of your order. If you are very picky, it may be a better option to pick and choose your individual meals on our regular meal prep menu. Email order@rocbodyfitnesscafe.com with any questions or concerns.

LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES. Meals may contain (but not limited to) spice, oil, dairy, fish, gluten, eggs.

Make sure to choose between pickup (New Rochelle, NY) or Delivery. Email order@rocbodyfitnesscafe.com for available delivery days. (If choosing delivery make sure not to repay for a delivery charge on the shipping screen.)

All diets are recommended to coincide with a healthy lifestyle and exercise routine.
