For the first time we are offering a "locked in" meal prep subscription to assure you are eating clean every day & every week!

Every subscription is unique and can be customized to fit your individual goals & preferences.

We can pick the meals for you or we can work with you to create a tailored menu. You can also fill out an optional Meal Prep Package Form or just specify your preferences in the "special instructions"

• Choose between pickup or hand delivery (subscription hand delivery currently available only in: THE BRONX, WESTCHESTER COUNTY, MANHATTAN, QUEENS, SOUTHERN FAIRFIELD CT)
