Are you looking to eat better to improve your health and overall well being? Look no further. You really have to EAT GOOD to FEEL GOOD and that is exactly what this package will have you doing. Let us choose your meals and we will include a variety of clean and healthy recipes from both our restaurant menu and meal prep service.
Choose between a 1 WEEK (quick purchase) or setup your meals effortlessly with for 1 month (4 weeks), 2 month (8 weeks) or 3 month (12 weeks) packages.
Meals will be prepared 1 week at a time. They are generally designed to be eaten as lunches and dinners. Monthly packages may contain different meals/ combinations and will generally include a several protein-carb-vegetable combinations, a variety of meats, salads, wraps, whole wheat pastas, etc.
The meals we select will be general suggestions of what kind of foods will likely support your desired goals, health & well being. We will try to accommodate any specific preferences / likes / dislikes etc. You can include this is the special instructions section. Fill out and submit an optional Meal Prep Package Form to provide us with some basic information about you and the contents of your order. If you are very picky, it may be a better option to pick and choose your individual meals on our regular meal prep menu. Please note that we do not provide the macros of each meal. Make sure to choose between pickup (New Rochelle, NY) or Delivery. Email order@rocbodyfitnesscafe.com for available delivery days. 1 week (quick purchase) delivery orders must pay for the proper delivery charge on the shipping screen. 4 week, 8 week, and 12 week packages delivery fees will be added on this screen. (If choosing a 4 week, 8 week or 12 week delivery make sure not to repay for a delivery charge on the shipping screen.)
