Rocbody TRM (Time Restricted Meals)
1 Week Meal Package / 11 Meals
We recommend the below schedule for your ROCBODY Time Restricted Meals:
Day 1: 20/4 OMAD (one meal a day) +1 protein snack/bar. Fast 20 Hours then eat both in a 4 hour period.
Day 2-6: 16/8 2MAD (two meals a day) +2 Protein snacks/bars. Fast 16 Hours then eat all meals and snacks in an 8 hour period.
Day 7: Eat sensibly
Meals will include 40-60g of protein each (depending on male/ female) and can include such superfoods as: chicken, salmon, turkey, steak, avocado, eggs, spinach, asparagus,
We will try to accommodate any specific preferences / likes / dislikes etc. You can include this is the special instructions section. Fill out and submit an optional Meal Prep Package Form to provide us with some basic information about you and the contents of your order. If you are very picky, it may be a better option to pick and choose your individual meals on our regular meal prep menu. Please note that we do not provide the macros of each meal.
